The foundation: five things we do

Full restoration

Ground-up structural work, metal fabrication and bodywork, finished to concours standard. Printed carbon fiber parts can replace panels and trim that no longer exist.

Structural bodywork
Metal fabrication
Floor pan fabrication
Concours-grade finish

Rare and obsolete parts

We scan the original, model it, and print it in continuous carbon fiber on an industrial robot arm. Send a CAD file, or send the part and we will reverse engineer it.

Mirror-finish clearcoat
Carbon trim finishing

Collision and composite repair

Quick-turn repair on late-model cars, including bumper composite tab welding, precision bodywork and glass fitment.

From file to finished part

01

Submit

Upload a CAD file, give us your vehicle details, or ask us to re-engineer an obsolete part.

02

Validate

The design parameters and tool path are checked before anything runs.

03

Print

The path goes to the robot arm controller. Cameras record the whole print from several angles.

04

Finish

Parts and panels move to the booth for prep, primer, color match and clearcoat.

05

Deliver

After final QC you get a notification and the video of your part being made.

Climate-controlled archive

Build footage is processed and stored on a server in a separate climate-controlled space, away from shop dust and heat. Your video stays on file after delivery.

CNC partner

Heavy milling, metal turning and billet work go to an established precision CNC shop directly across the street, so metal parts stay local.
